Here is an excerpt of a conversation with one of the student developers today:
Student: Ben I accidentally “tested” the XXXX form on live like 5 times
Student: I didn’t realize I was on live, so there are some entries that should be deleted
Ben: are they blatant tests?
Student: No they use my German name, Klaus Hergesheimer
Ben: they probably won’t kick you out of school or anything
Student: Oh thank god

After spending about 10 days in the back of the truck I finally moved the bridge I made back over Rapin creek, in the back yard. With the massive rains about two weeks ago came flooding which over-ran the banks and carried the 100+ pound bridge about 4 houses down the road. I seem to be away from home every time there is bad weather and this time was no exception - I was in the upper peninsula building the ultimate hunting camp. Holly was stressing out thinking I would be mad the bridge was gone, but she worked hard to find it before I got home so it was just a matter of getting it dislodged from it landing spot - Holly helped me lug it all the way back to the road/truck like a champ where it “dried out” until today.
Speaking of the hunting camp:

Last time we were up there we insulated and drywalled, installed the windows and then the steel roof. We’re heading back up next weekend to finish the interior and hopefully get a coat of paint on before winter. Its been a while since I’ve had a construction project to assist with so this has been fun. More pics to come.

I copied a couple pictures off my camera today and thought a couple were worthy of posting…
First, here is a shot from our webteam meeting last week at the Bob…a good part of the office being downtown is there are more options for getting togethor socially as a team. The five of us headed out to grab a drink or two and to catch up on all the projects floating through the office. Our waitress, having recognized us from a previous meeting, made some light chit-chat and then brought us a pile of beer samples. Good times.
Second, as I was heading out the door this morning I noticed a huge dragon fly hanging on the screen outside our sliding glass door. It was cold out and I think it was waiting for the sun to warm things up before buzzing off. It fell off the screen when I opened the door and I put it on a chair to take the second picture (using a spatula because I didn’t want it to wake up and bite me or something).
